“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here (2 Cor 5:17)!”
“A NEW DAY will dawn on us from above because our God is LOVING and MERCIFUL (Luke 1:78).”
Over the weekend I stumbled upon a fantastic community of bloggers via Kelly Balarie’s #RaRaLinkup. As I began surfing various blogs and reading through some really fantastic submissions, I found myself filled with emotion.
I was inspired.
I was challenged.
I was filled with joy.
I noticed how eloquently everyone seemed to write. It was as if I were reading lyrics to a song or poetry. There were heart tugging punch lines, and perfectly captured photos to compliment each entry’s theme.
I’m sure most of you have heard the quote attributed to Teddy Roosevelt that says:
“Comparison is the thief of Joy.”
“And so, troubled soul, the “much tribulation” will soon be over, and as you enter the “kingdom of God” you shall then see, no longer “through a glass darkly” but in the unshadowed sunlight of the Divine presence, that “all things” did “work together” for your personal and eternal good.”

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning.Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it (John 1:1-5).” Continue reading Faith is Seeing the Light
“The reason why many are still troubled, still seeking, still making little forward progress is because they haven’t yet come to the end of themselves. We’re still trying to give orders, and interfering with God’s work within us. ” ―A.W. Tozer
“Do not call to mind the former things, Or ponder things of the past (Isaiah 43:18).”
“When you feel like you are drowning in life’s trials and tribulations, FEAR NOT! Your lifeguard walks on water!”
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10).”
